Custom Blends Shipping Policies
First, thanks for shopping with us!
Custom Blends will typically use the United States Postal Service for most shipping, unless a customer has made arrangements otherwise.
When shopping, please note the shipping calculator link. This connects to the USPS to give you a reasonably accurate estimate of your shipping costs with several choices for delivery speed, whether domestic, or overseas. Note that this might change when the package is actually weighed, but if the difference is significant, we'll try to contact you as quickly as possible.
We most certainly do ship internationally! We have many customers in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, just to name a few destinations.
Before shipping, we will determine if your Country's postal customs allow the shipment of our products. If it does not, we'll notify you by email.
A note about Customs Fees: If you return an order to us because you did not want to pay the customs fees, and we are charged to take it back, those fees will be have to be deducted from your refund.
As always, we can't refund shipping costs because of Customs Issues that are beyond our control. If you are not absolutely sure you are prepared to pay Customs and Excise taxes, please check with your Customs Office for fees before ordering.
If items arrive damaged, please let us know as so that we may attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thanks!
